DON’T USE PROPER ROOFING!!!!! I have a brand-new roof, less than one year old, and already experiencing water intrusion. In response to your reply- I purchased a home where the roof was replaced 8 months prior. That is why you don’t see my name on your records. This review is VALID. Proper Roofing completed the full roof replacement in 2025. When I contacted them about the leak, they came out, applied temporary foam/caulking to the roof-to-wall area, and then told me the issue was not their responsibility. I have since had another licensed roofing and waterproofing company, as well as my contractors, evaluate the issue, both declined to even quote me for the repair because they believe this is an issue that should be addressed by the company that installed the roof. Proper Roofing has acknowledged in writing that they cannot confirm whether the flashing was installed correctly, yet they are refusing to address the issue. A roof less than a year old should not be leaking, and a temporary foam repair causing more harm than good followed by “not our problem” is extremely disappointing.
